the problem is that your server does not allow to access this file :
www.test-3blondz-test.net/modules/mod_ma.../css/maximenuhck.php
as you can see by clicking it
this is a problem related to your server configuration, until this file is not accessible the theme can't be loaded.
In a standard configuration this file can be access because it is installed by joomla who should have the owner rights. Please check with your host provider because I can't do anything for this by my side
