Hi
I have tried to reproduce the issue by my side but I can't.
Try to change the module options (effect, transition, etc) to see if it works. Also try to change the item type (url instead of separator), change its name (avoid the '.').
also try with the native protostar template, let me know if something fixes it

I don't know what is exactly the problem. Try to remove all your css files one by one in the template (backup them before), and try to see if the menu works. If yes you can know that a css stylesheet is in cause.

Just found the problem.
The menu conflicts with behavior (PIE.htc).
If I remove this erntry from the style I saw the submenus.
But I don't have an workarround as I need the PIE.htc
