Display Sub Menu On Right of Site

I would like the sub menu items to show on the right of my site, how can I do that please? For example, if my menu look like this:

About Us
- What We Do
- Our Office
- Our Location

When I click on About Us, I would like to have the sub menu items show on the right.

- What We Do
- Our Office
- Our Location

Thank you very much!! There is a slight issue though. The dropdown menu is not working as it should and I don't know what the problem is. The issue with the menu only happens when the submenu is on the page. Other modules work fine.

Is it possible to include the main menu for that section in the list as well.

For example the main menu in the section below is "About Us":

About Us
- What We Do
- Our Office
- Our Location

On the right, I would like it to look like this:

- What We Do
- Our Office
- Our Location
