Remove point/dot/bullet from the menu

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to edit css to remove the point/dots/bullet in the beginning of each word in the menu.
Which the right section to modify?I'm using menu theme=blank and Use css of the theme=1.
Trying to modify this section div#maximenuck ul.maximenuck but without success.

there is no bullet in maximenu, it should come from your template css. use firebug to locate the css that show this

In the attached file there is a blu point that I need to remove it.
Also there is a dark arrow on the right of the words that I need to remove it as well.

Onestly, before write here, I did several test with firebug and other tools. For sure it's not enough and my knowledge are poor. But also for sure I read very well your post and I spent money in your job...

In understand, now the problem is that you use gantry and the css are compressed. The only thing I can tell you is that the bullets come from this css in the template/framework :
