[col] not seperating menus into columns in J1.7

Still having this issue, with all templates, default or otherwise, and have now updated to Joomla 2.5

updated to joomla 2.5, so you are using the maximenu CK version 6 ? then please check the new param for columns (Manage columns - Maximenu version 6) :

Thanks I got it working - using the plugin!

Back again! I now have the latest plugin for 2.5, and finding that the menu is not splitting into columns even when specified in the plugin on certain menu items.

2011 on the right hand side I want to split into three columns. I have specified 24th May to create the first column, nothing happened. The second column is working but aligns to the bottom.

Any advise?

you must tell the 15 February 2011 to create the first column. then to 24th May to create the 2nd one and the last to the item you want
