Hover level 2 option

Hello.
I have 2 questions

Firstly how can I add width for seperatelly submenus. I would like the submenu width for item 4 in level 1 to be different from the submenu for item 5 in level 1. ( www.inthessaloniki.com )

Secondly
As you can see from my website ( www.inthessaloniki.com ), i added a background in hover selection over level 2 items and the colour gets out of the submenus. How can I change this one?

1/ in each menu item (here level1, for example restarants and cafe) you can give the submenu width in the link params, or just use the solution 2/

2/ give a width by creating a column on the first subemnu item "where to eat" for example. In the link params >> create column >> YES
