Width between 1s level items and unwanted arrow

Hello and have a nice year.
I have two little problems with the menu. I cannot find from where I can change the width (distance) between the items in the level 1.

Secondly i would like to ask how can I dissappear the arow whitch leads in 3rd level items even if I dissabled from showing. For example in website www.inthessaloniki.com in "Restaurant & Cafes", when I mouseover shows the Level 2 items and next to first level item ,"where to eat", there is an arrow which I would like not to be.

Thank you for your fast answer. Unfortunatelly I cannot find where is the value which I have to change. Using filezilla i went to:
modules->mod_maximenuck->themes->default->css
I checked all 4 items but i didn't find the

"maximenuck ul.maximenuck li.maximenuck.level1"

I am using a template in joomla. I know how to browse and change css or pho but I cannot find the folder whith the code which I have to change.

ok, the file you have to change is located in your website folder, loot at the path :

modules/mod_maximenuck/themes/css3megamenu/css/maximenuhck.php

browse your site with your ftp software, open this file and search for the term "maximenuck ul.maximenuck li.maximenuck.level1"

you will find the margin and padding properties that you must change. Is it now clear for you ?
