Please check that you have the last version of the module. Because you have a problem in the HTML code that should be fixed now.

No my version is 6.1.4. I download a new version. To update the module is sufficient a simple installation or do I unistall and reinstall

I try to install but there is an error: failed copy file mod_maximenuck.php.
The permission of this file is 644
I try to change in 777 but nothing. What are the proper permissions?

if you don't manage to install it you can try to just copy them in ftp mode by overwriting the existing files.

For info I'm trying to reproduce your issue by my side, but without success ...
