No CSS on menu item opens in New Window w/no Nav.

I'm testing the Maxi menu extension on a Joomla 2.5 site www.tecoloteweb.com . I have ran into an issue where I set the items in the menu to single articles and the target links are set to open in "New window without Navigation" (see 'Basica" in the url mentioned above). When I do this, I get a new window with only the raw text (no template). If I set an item to open in window with navigation, or the parent window it works fine. I would rather it open in a new window with no navigation. I tested adding the main menu NOT using Maxi menu (see right side menu in www.tecoloteweb.com ) and I was able to open in a new window without navigation as expected, so I'm pretty sure I'm missing something in the Maxi menu. I have included below the two different urls I get when I use Maxi menu vs. when I do not.
