Hi Ced,

I love the fact that I can choose now the option to use a blank theme, since I make the menu appearance in Template creator.

However, I'm struggling with the padding for bottom. Whatever I fill in for the bottom padding it won't have any effect on my menu links.

Padding for left and right are working fine!

Hope you can help

Ced,

Yes, it does indeed not work. Don't know why but the users accounts I create manually are not working. I can't put the site live now:(

I checked the source of the page and I see that the padding for bottom is ignore:

<style type="text/css">

div#maximenuck ul.maximenuck li.maximenuck.item101.level1 { padding-top: 5px;padding-left: 10px;margin-top: 0px;margin-right: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;margin-left: 0px; }
div#maximenuck ul.maximenuck li.maximenuck.item132.level1 { padding-left: 15px;margin-top: 0px;margin-right: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;margin-left: 0px; }
div#maximenuck ul.maximenuck li.maximenuck.item132.level1 > a.maximenuck span.titreck, div#maximenuck ul.maximenuck li.maximenuck.item132.level1 > span.separator span.titreck { color: #E3E3E3;font-size: 16px;font-weight: normal; }
div#maximenuck ul.maximenuck li.maximenuck.item133.level1 { padding-right: 10px;margin-top: 0px;margin-right: 0px;margin-bottom: 0px;margin-left: 0px; }
</style>

Maybe you can help me by telling me where I can manually change these settings, which file?

Cheers

strange. I have just retested by my side and I have the whole padding and margin values.
Please update your maximenu module and params plugin to the latest version.
Once done , check again and send me a screenshot of the padding params you have set up

ok, I see now that padding-bottom is there, although no effect.

Can I send you a private email with admin login?

I just send you an email to your gmail account

the padding bottom works but you have set a height on #nav in your template.css, so the menu will always have the same height, and your second item is placed regarding the image on the first item.
Try to delete the height on the #nav, then disable the image item in the menu

Thanks for checking. I didn't like the size of the menu so I made it less high.
Indeed after removing the icon the padding seemed to work fine.
Now I wonder how to make just the home menu into an icon and not mess up the height of the other menu links?

I tried fiddling with putting an image as the background of the home link...this works...however, now I still have the word "home" written over my icon....

How can I have an icon as home..but still have the other menus unaffected? give it a different class?

I hoped that the settings for padding were really just for that menu item...but they seem to link with eachother somehow.

I have to check why the image affect the next menu item. Check the settings in the module for the image alignment. May be changing this option can solve the problem

Ok, I want to check, which file?

+ how to center the description!

I see no point in having a description if it isn't centered :(
