Problem with sub-Navi on IPad and Android-Tablet

Hello,
The navigation on our test page "test.feuerwehr-belp.ch" is displayed incorrect on tablet PC (IPad[Actual OS] and Android-Tablet[Actual OS]).
On mouse over will open only one tab("Sport & Freizeit"). I think its not a problem with my template, its the same with the standard template "Beez2".

On PC with all resolution works well. On IPhone works the Mobile-Navi.

Heave you a idea?
