Using the mobile plugin, I'm getting two menus - the mobile menu at the top and another menu in the old position. The site is
capeinfo.com
.
I also find the the mobile menu opens will all the submenus open, not as in images shown on your site.
I'd appreciate any suggestions.

the problem of 2 menus should come from your template that already manage a "mobile" behavior.
Then you have a js error on jreviews that may cause a problem, but by my side it works well in the browser (icon appear at the top in the bar)
