floating cursor bug was created by Spacefuel
Fancy effect (floating cursor) in main level doesn't work with menu more than 2 level. Floating cursor (li.maxiFancybackground) always have css rule left="0px" when clicking on lvl3 or more submenu.

try to use an external url link type for the parent "products and service" and not a separator to see if it fixes the issue
