@irlbeck : I had a look. You have set too many settings, for example :
- you must apply a column creation on the top level items (the first item of your menu)
- you have set up different width (column =890px and parent item submenu param = 420px). This can not work because you try to put a 890px column in a 420px container !
You should try to reinitialise all your settings and put them one by one.
Anyway you menu structure is not easy to reproduce
