Main Menu Module Showing Title :(

Hello. My site 50.116.92.227/~weico/ Is showing the module title as the top level menu Item. Not sure what could be causing this? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. I am using an opencart component on the site as well. Not sure if that would have anything to do with this. Thank You!

this is just because you are using a template with an integrated menu system. Maximenu is not in cause
