force relative path

Please consider this subtle change to "JURI::base" calls in mod_maximenu.php:
$document->addStyleSheet(JURI::base(true) . '/modules/mod_maximenuck/themes/' . $theme . '/css/moo_maximenuvck.css');

Simply by changing JURI::base value to "true" and adding the "/" before modules, the page renders the assets by calling a relative path instead of the full protocol via http or https.
