2nd level submenu dropdown disable

Hi, I would like to remove the second submenu dropdown. Mainmenu = 1 level, the first dropdown is good, but second dropdown I would like the menus to display below as <li> and not to slide/pop out.

I have looked through some of the forum posts and have tried reducing the width of the columns on submenu. I have purchased the manual and the plugin and there are no settings to limit submenu actions to 1st level submenu only.
