Multiple menus on one page (one not appearing)

Hi
just wondering Ive got a couple of maximenuck menus on a website Im working on. Ive given them different names and they live on different z-index levels as mentioned on the site. The only thing Im seeing is the top menu does not appear when the site is viewed on the ipad.Has anyone else seen this / overcome this in the past?

I don't know how this is possible, and I don't have any ipad to test
tested with the iphone user agent without issue

Ive switched the site to use just the one maximenuck which is a shame as I prefer them to the other yootheme ones, only thing the menu appears just fine when in landscape mode on ios but when in vertical mode it disappears completely.

Cant find mention of this on the forums, anywhere. Has this been seen before? (There are two horizontal menus on the site), the maximenuck menu starts "home,detection,security & Patrol Services....

I have resized the browser window but this does not happen. I don't have any ipad
check your css, disable them one by one to find the issue
