Some subcats do not show

I am using the maximenu with virtuemart.
The problem is that some subcats not showup in de menu

My site: www.disenthat.nl (Dutch site) and look under:
Servies › iittala servies› Teema

The Cat: Teema has sub cats. In the code is the parent missing:
<li class="maximenuCK item145 level2" style="z-index : 11967;"><a class="maximenuCK" href="/teema"><span class="titreCK">Teema</span></a>

Strange Taika is working well :huh:
Can you help me?

try to create a new category under Teema, or recreate a category "Teema test"
this sometimes happens, like a bug.
