How do we change the font size for submenu links?

I have literally spent hours on this and just can't figure it out. How do you change the font size on submenu items/links?

In other words, I want the submenu items to be smaller than the parent.

Thank you for your quick reply and I apologize for my delayed reply.

I am using the latest version 6.0.1 and you can view at just hover over the Property Listings tab at the top, it's the submenu items that I want to be smaller and in lowercase.

I am able to change the font weight of the submenu items to normal but if I add font-size or text-transform to that same style group neither one take affect.

text-transform:lowercase;font-size:10px;
}
