Maxi Menu crashes when I go to Login Module

Hello,

I have placed a Maxi Menu on my main top horizontal (position-1 in beez5). One of the menu items has subcatagories and displays correctly. However when I go to the Login Module (forget password, register,etc) the maxi menu gives me the following error:


Warning: in_array() [function.in-array]: Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/content/67/9128567/html/modules/mod_maximenuck/helper.php on line 144

Its repeats this warning 13 times, the number of menu elements and sub elements.

Any ideas?

tested by my side, no error. Which version of maximenu do you have? can you give me the line 144 in helper.php ?

The code on line 144 is:
