Is it possible to have active item open on load? was created by bmesh

Client would like the menu category already open on page load. Example: visit "Sports" and the the Sports menu is already open showing submenus. Is it possible?

there is already an option in the last version for joomla 2.5 that allows this

(look in the effects tab, you must have mootools ON)
