Do you have the plugin maximenu params ? which version of maximenu ?

I havent maximenu plugin. Maximenu version is 6.

check that you have the last version.
Then in the maximenu documentation page 35 you will find the solution with [col=180][newrow]

add the newrow on the second and third column where you have col=265
