Background image won't display in IE9

Hi there!

I hope someone could help me to fix an issue. I have a problem with viewing the background image of the menu. Iam talking about the "Demo vertical mode with the theme css3megamenu included (demomaximenu1vertical)". Also the demo isn't working in IE9.

How can i fix this issue and is this only with IE9 or also with other browser. I only test it in Firefox (it works fine) and IE9 (where in only see a blue colored background).

as you may know this theme uses the CSS3 techniques, so the background is a gradient, not an image. If you want to make it work with gradient in IE9, two choices :
1/ use a SVG file as background (ask google for this technique )
2/ use a background image

both must be defined in the file maximenuvck.php of the theme
CEd
