Hi. I'm currently using MaxiMenuCK (with the whiteol_v6 theme) for a basic drop down menu on this site: 27.123.25.1/~northlak/

I need to make the dropdown menus only as wide as the dropdown text (plus a small left and right margin). Currently they are set widths of 180px as defined by the following CSS:

div#maximenuck ul.maximenuck li div.floatck {width:180px}

div#maximenuck ul.maximenuck li div.floatck div.maximenuck2 {width:180px}

I can't for the life of me figure out how to make the widths "auto" so each dropdown is only as wide as the widest item in the list. I've been playing around with it for a while now but no real progress. If anyone could help me out that would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Ced, thanks for your response.

Yes, I tried this - it makes the width of the dropdowns with same as the width of the parent LI element, which isn't really ideal, especially for the shorter parent menu items such as "Events". Putting the width to 100% also has a very similar result.

Any more ideas from anyone?
The only thing I have left to do is to install a whole new menu instead ...
