Need to vertically center Title in Maximenu_CK

Just purchased the plg maximenu which I think is quite an interesting plugin. Unfortunately I was under the impression that it can vertically align the title in the centre of each cell. Does anyone know how this can be done please. I'm running joomla 1.5. and here ia a preview of what I'm talking about: webiste

you can play with padding or line-height in the css of the theme to adapt exactly the design like you want

Many thanks for your help! Managed to get the width more or less right but unfortunately can't get the Title in the middle grrrr It's really frustrating!!!
