Drop Down list being hidden by content

Dear all,

I have a the MCK menu installed on joomla 1.5 and unfortunately the drop down list is being hidden by the below banner which is an Ajax based rotating module. This problem is only with Chrome, IE and Safari where else it is fine when using Firefox. I have tried disabiling the overflow: hidden, but returned no luck! Can please someone help me?

Another issue I have is the alignment of the drop down. I can't figure out from where this can be aligned parallel with the first tab. Here's a preview of what I'm talking about: Preview of the site

for the second question, you must play with the css as already discussed in this forum on div.floatck with margin-left
