No Fancybg on Safari on Mac

The js file for fancymenu_CK.js, the injection on the maxiFancybackground div does not show in mac safari. Any thoughts? I can see it fine on ff and ie....

Please copy the whole url into a new browser window, the forum software is truncating off the ~citymd12 part.

because the whole menu do not use Js script as expected (dropdown do not open with mootools too under safari...)

So how do I not get container is null issue? Is there a way to fix this?
