dropdown behind content

I am having an issue with the dropdown menus appearing behind the content (joomla 1.5.26, newest maxi-menu) - I bought the documentation, it doesn `t seem to cover this)

solved - it was a z-index setting in my template

please tell me how you did it. I use mega_Extramy template & i cannot solve this problem. I use firebug for tryings of changing z-index. The maximum number was 9999, i changed it to small number but nothing.

I am using an artisteer template - I increased the z-index of the div that I had the module position in (not the z-index of the module itself, but of the div where it is contained)

eg .header {z-index:10;}

I have the same issue with dropdown behind left module. i use too artisteer template.
Could you give more details where I have to change z-index value.
