DROPDOWN MENU not showing in IE

DROPDOWN MENU not showing in IE was created by benjolynne

Hi, can someone help me about my dropdown menu. When I check in mozilla and other browsers the sub menu is there but when I check it in IE the sub menu is on the back. I don't see it. I try the z-index but it does not work either.

I don't know how to solve this.
