Change the default look

Hi. I'm interested in changing the default look of the top-level Maximenu menu to the top navigation on this page: www.unctv.org/tWxkBbq_10M6wKRRL/y/home2.htm

Is this possible? How do I accomplish this?

yes it is possible, only not the hover effect with fade (or if you make your own mootools code).
For the styling, you just have to play with CSS, but you must have a good knowledge.

Thanks. Can you point me to some resources on what CSS classes and what PHP files I need to modify to get the Maximenu to look like what I need?
