background images

Hello. Please help me! I am "newborn" in Joomla. I want to modify MaxiMenu to have similar results like here:http://www.astemplates.com/content/asj36/index.php/homepage
I have 3 images (buttonleft.png, buttonright.png and button middle). I don't want to use just background because width of menu may be different.
Please help me!
