Maximenu disappears in comination with balbooa form

Hello CEd, I've integrated the contact form from balbooa on new page, annettekaufmann.de/kontakt-2025 . However, the Maximenu CK effect no longer works; the menu disappears... On the other pages from this site, the effect works, but it only happens in conjunction with the form. I don't know if the problem is the form or the menu!?

Alternatively, the menu could remain anchored to the top edge as an "overlay" (without any effect) from the beginning (with no gap, should be absolute) but I haven't found any settings for that.

You're right, the menu appears, but after scrolling, it disappears. It only reappears when you reload.

the problem is that the form component loads jquery in a bad way. It shall use the native joomla feature
 
check in the options if you can disable this

PS : if you inspect the code of the page, this script is loaded after all scripts (even if jquery is already loaded and used), and it's loaded by "com_baforms". Loading it after the other scripts will destroy all instances already created.
