Problems with menu mouseout

in i.e.9 On my content (e.g. downloads page) page I have a problem where the menu's on mouseout don't hide.
On my home page this is ok.
No problems on Chrome/Firefox. Can you help?

I have two menus and had one with mootools enabled, one disabled.
Seems if one has the other needs them as well (only with ie).

Only one small problem now, I have red > symbols and alignment issues on menu items in ie (not on chrome/firefox)

all seems ok now, perhaps a cache issue!
