Buttons on admin page not visible

Hi,
After installing the extension, when I tried to update the module on the admin site, I don't see the buttons for Save, Close..etc.

Those buttons are still visible and working for other modules.
Joomla 2.5, mod_maximenuck_6.0.7_j25

Any insight?

I see this error in the console.Uncaught ReferenceError: writeDynaList is not defined

I use hika shop in my site, but I won't need the hika shop plugin.
