SubMenu with parent links has no Background Styling

I have a submenu for Products that is not being styled as expected. The submenu includes menus of type "Menu Heading" that is a parent to other Sub Submenus.
The gradient background is missing.
The sub submenus style correctly as do other submenus, but this one sub menu does not. Web Site is GravelHamper.com.
I deleted the Products menu item and started again with a new menu to be sure no other settings came along that could override the css in styling section.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

instead of heading type you must use the separator type for your menu items
the heading is used to create column heading for example, with a different style
