Site doesnt see active subscription (Maximenu CK Pro for Joomla 3) was created by Vesnyshka

I have active Maximenu CK Supscription (username - vesnyshka-a@yandex.ru ).
I need files for Joomla 3, but by this link

site asks me to buy subscription again, but i already have active.
This bug is only in section for Joomla 3, Joomla 4 and 5 are ok.

Please fix it or can you please send archive to me ??
latest version can't install on Joomla 3.10
I need Maximenu Ck Pro version 10.0.12
