"Click outside" not working to close submenus

I have set my menu to open submenus on click. That works fine. (You can check it at imago-home.co.za/ie/j5d - click on either "About" or "Log in" for submenus.)

I have also set the module to close the submenu on "Click outside" (see screenshot). This one doesn't seem to be working.

I would be grateful for your help!

Please change the "no effect" to "linear" or another one, this is the problem
