Module not loadin Mobile Menu

I have a module that I want to load in a menu.

This works on the desktop version of the site.  The module displays.

But on mobile the module does not display.

But can't get the module to display in mobile version of the menu.

I did go to "Mobile Menu CK" and set "Enable for mobile" to Yes.

Please let me know what I may missed and how I can get the Module to appear in the Mobile menu.

check in the mobile options >> load modules >> set it to YES

I went to MaxiMenu CK > Modules > Maximenu CK > Mobile Menu CK and set "Show the modules" to Yes. 

Still no display of the Module in the mobile menu.

If I provide you login info can you take a look at the site and then advise?

This is our development server:  nationwide.catwired.com/

It has a basic firewall in place to keep search engines away from the site.

To get past the firewall use this:

User:     nbi
Password:     34895etpx

I can send you Admin credentials too if you need them. 

Is there a way to send the Admin credentials securely?

I also don't see any module in the desktop menu
please tell me where it is, because to show it in the mobile menu you must also have it in the normal menu
or, if you want you can use the custom module position from the mobile menu :
