How to CSS the Parent Menu Link

Hi. I would love to Change the Text format of my Parent Menus.
The Editor does let me change any Text Style and Color of any other Link. But not the Parent Menus.

I am an absolut Noob when it comes to CSS formatting.
Is there any fast way to insert that Stuff in the Custom CSS Section?

first, edit your menu items and change the "heading" type into "separator" type
then check and tell me
