Sub Sub Menu issue

I have a problem with sub sub menu.
On my crosswater section sub sub menu's are displayed in a flyout (with the arrow).
In my bathroom section I can't see the sub sub items (no arrow or flyout).

Can you advise? (same ftp/admin access as 500 server issue)

please unpublish the categories that does not appear and recreate a new one to test in the sub sub menu

I have recreated the sub menu's and the sub sub's are now appearing, thanks.
