How do I get a selected item in my menu to remain as active.

How do I get a selected item in my menu to remain as active. I could on my older Joomla 3 website, but now I can't on my new Joomla 4 website.
Pt. I will continue to run it as a setup and for fitting before it is set for final release at the beginning of April 2023.
My current Joomla 3 website autismeliv.dk
My upcoming Joomla 4 website new1.autismeliv.dk
Both pages run only in Danish.
Hope someone can give a good explanation.

Please check
- do you have the cache enabled ? if yes, clear it and try to disable it only for the module in the advanced options
- the base item option in the 1st tab, that is is on "default" or "none"
