Maximenu not working after making new menu item

Hi.

I'm trying to use maximenu but it seems to be very tricky.

If I add new menu item it goes stuck (Green action icon just keep rolling forever). Cant change anything. It doesn't help if I remove that item.
Menuitem doesn't even show that item what I made. Is there any way how to make it "refresh" menu item or any suggestion what might be wrong?

Using Joomla 4.2.3 and Cassiopeia. Could it be something about PHP? I need to still use 7.4.3.2 because of other things.

Problem was actually my admin account. With new account all works fine.
