How do display links in 2 columns in level2 nav?

Hi,

How do I display 2/3 columns in my level2 drop down? here is my site:
www.buyforbaby.co.uk/

Hover over 'Clothes' on the top menu and you can see I made an attempt to display two cols in level 2 nav, baby shoes should appear in col1 and baby bath support should appear in col2, current they appear in the long list:

I followed the basic instructions on your site about putting [col2] and [col] in the right places but nothing happened. See attached screen shot.

nothing happened, for sure !
you don't use maximenu ! it seems to be a native mainmenu module that is used for your topmenu....

I had installed a templated called earthblog which has its own nav menu style: www.joomlashack.com/products/professiona...blog-joomla-template

What do I need to do make it work with maximenu which I have already installed?
