Vertically align logo and menu items

How can I align the menu items vertically with the logo in maxi menu ck ? I do not see an easy way.

you can add this custom css code to do it

Code:

ul.maximenuck > li {
  vertical-align: bottom;
}

you can adapt the value to bottom, middle, top...etc
