Menu style broken

I have two menus on my home page. For some reason, they are no longer adhering to the styles set for them. The top menu is showing as a list style with bullets and the main menu is now off center. I'm seeing 403 errors in the console associated with the MaxiMenu module. Please take a look when you can. servbhs.org

Please go in your module ID 264 (maximenu ck) >> style options >> use compile css >> set it on Compile
Let me know if this fixes the issue
