i set it directly in my seperator menu item with [col=200]

you must not do so. Add the [col=200] on an existing item (schulsocxialarbeit)
I don't have the screenshot of all the menu but you must also set the first column ! on Schulleitung

so i have done now two [col=200] and they have child right? but they giving me only 2 ul back and they have no width
