Fontawesome load

I am building a bi-lingual site (dutch and English). I have two instances for the maximenu module, one for dutch and one for English. All settings are completely the same except that they both load a different menu. In the menu I have a language switch. On the homepage I have a module showing 2 social links (Facebook and Instagram) using font awesome icons. In the dutch language the icons show allright but when switching to English for some reason maximenu doesn't load the font awesome stylesheet so the icons don't show. I can get it to work by loading the sheet in index.php but I am wondering what is going on here. You can see this in a test subdomain: hblnieuw.test3horns.nl

the social module with the facebook icon at the bottom is not made with Maximenu CK, this is a custom module
then the Maximenu CK is used for the top menu, one showing the home icon, the other (english not). This is because the menu item for the home in english has no setting for that icon, you must set that in the menu structure
don't forget that you are showing 2 different menu items, one per language

if there is no icon loaded by maximenu, there is no reason why it would load fontawesome in the page.
So please try to add the icon on the home item in the english language

After posting the question I discovered that I didn't set a icon in the english menu. But I didn't realize that this meant that Fontawsome wasn't loaded and thus could not be used elsewhere. Thanks for the swift answer.
