mobile menu top fixed

Is there any way to make some modules above the mobile menu and the menu to become fixed when it scrolls up?

In Maximenu CK >> effects >> menu positon >> set it to top fixed
then few other options will appear to manage the offset and max width

If I understand correctly, it's an effect for the standard menu, but I need it on the mobile menu.
I need an effect where the menu is not at the top and only after scrolling it remains fixed at the top even for the mobile menu.

the mobile has not yet this option ...
what you can do is to place it in a area that is top fixed (you can do that in your template for example) and let the menus standard and mobile located in this area
