No license found for this domain

Hi. I've just purchased pro licences of Maximenu CK and Mobile Menu CK and added my domains to my domain list and also entered my licence key in Extensions Manager CK. However, I keep getting the "No license found for this domain" message and the two modules are showing the Purchase badge.

When I try to add or edit Styles, I get a "failed" message.

I am working in a subdomain :- test.mydomain.com/ and have added that to my domain list - is that a problem?

there are 2 different things here : the licence problem is NOT related to the extension itself
1/ licence
please try to logoff, clear your caches and then logon again. See if the licence works

2/ failed message
even if your licence is not set, the extension shall work. Can you check in the web console if you can find the error message that is returned by the request ?
Else please send me an admin access by email

1. I was using the Brave browser - logging in with Safari has resolved the licence issue .
2. I'll check the other problem with the web console and come back to you if I still have issues, but I suspect I will find an error there
